PENG HEONG HAKKA PAIKUT RESTAURANT
34 years ago, there's a Hakka teenager who admires his grandfather's culinary, who then inherited the family's cooking secret. He yearned to share his happiness through delicious food just like his grandfather. From then on, he started his first restaurant in Klang. His famous spare rib is made up of 17 different ingredients.
"Our Peng Heong's Spare Rib, base have to be tender, sweet upon entering mouth, not sticky and easy to chew. Serving it with hot rice will surely makes people feel more energetic! And always remember, not to price the food to high it have to be affordable to everyone!" advice his grandfather. Ever since then, the Famous Spare Rib inherited, Mr. Yong Yok Pin, always remember and obeys the teaching and principle of his grandfather without fail.
From a small premise business, the happy couple work hard throughout the years. Today, Mr. Yong Yok Pin didn't dissapointed his oldman. The name of the 'Spare Ribs King' is spread and well known everywhere. His famous dishes is consumed by thousands of people. Furthermore, it is affordable to everyone.
Mr. Yong Yok Pin didn't stop there. He keep refining and introduce more new dishes. His experiences in culinary, taught his how to combine his late grandfather's secret and traditional culinary ways. He succeed in pulling out famous Hakka dishes like the curry mutton, curry chicken, pig feel vinegar, asam fish, meetballs and many more. He make name in the food industry and he make his generation proud.
Everyday, his stall is packed with costumers. The blooming business boost his confidence. All these years, many people, including passerby strangers have gradually turned close friends eating in his stall. Thanks to Mr. Yong Yok Pin kind, warm and infectious smile which brings happiness in the same time, warmness to many people around him. Actually, it is the support and appraisal from his wife and costumers which is the main force that pushes him through all these years.
The 'Spare Rib King' also attracted many well known publicity and local media to cover his story.
Once, there is an old man, he sang out a poet in repay of Mr. Yong's delicious Spare Rib King. It was named "Spare Rib King".
16 years history Peng Heong's Spare Rib, its secret recipe amazed the people,

Mr. Yong's next step plan is to open branches all around Malaysia. In hope that more people are able to taste his dishes, which is also his one step further in spreading the 'Spare Rib King' name.
